the book is teaching me to be proud of the things that i have accomplished, and not dwell on the things that i haven't accomplished. here will be part of my strategy. :)

so far today i have...

.worked out. (20 exercises, about 25 minutes total)
.cleaned pig pig's cage
.cleaned pish's tank
.read 17 pages of The Secret
.moved my bike to the barn

.subway with tyler
.do some chemistry
.2 softball games
.brush casie more
.take more airborne
.watch the secret
.return the haunting in connecticut

and some others that i can't remember right now.

can i just say that i hurt, really bad? and that perhaps working out twice in two days before softball wasn't a good idea at all?
